Our training understands the importance of learning how to build a mindfulness practice and integrate it into your life; regardless of your background; social identity/identities; age. Following conversations with our peers; colleagues; mentors and experts in the field; this training and curriculum has come into fruition from experiences in the classroom; shared experiences in schools; our personal practices as well as established techniques and scientifically proven strategies. Building A Mindfulness Practice focuses on our definition of mindfulness; why mindfulness matters; how to begin building your mindfulness practice; how to integrate it into your day with the Mindful Sparks approach.
