This CPD is to help you easily understand the new Fire Safety Regulations and how they apply to you and the residential properties that you are responsible for. In this session we explain how to correctly measure buildings (such as 11mtr and 18mtr buildings) and the common pitfalls where others may not be complying and unaware. We also discuss the responsibilities of Responsible Persons and Duty Holders. We will go through each of the regulations from Regulation 4 to Regulation 11 and there will be time provided to ask questions during the session.
