You will understand what diet to include in your daily routine for longevity; the number of calories intake; body weight and health; healthy weight ranges; and much more. This online course will teach you about different food groups to consume daily; such as green vegetables; grains; beans and legumes; fruits; nuts; seeds; etc. By the end of the course; you will have a basic idea of different diets; diet coaching; weight loss and muscle growth coaching; exercise coaching - cardio; resistance training; flexibility; and coaching tools.
