This course is beneficial for those who want to know the anatomy and physiology of Swedish massage therapy; such as the cellular system; skeletal system; spine and posture; muscular system; skin; and neurological system. You will have knowledge in massage mediums; natural and organic vegetables used to perform the therapy. Besides that; you will be introduced to massage techniques such as effleurage; petrissage; friction; and other additional procedures. By the end of the course; you will have an understanding of different massage sequences; steps to self-massage; and professional practices used to do massage therapy.
