About the CPD course
This course is suitable for health and social care staff working within residential; home care or day care services. It is applicable to both qualified and unqualified staff who are required to meet the statutory and mandatory training standards specified under the Regulation of Care (Jersey) law 2014 which include conflict resolution. The training will provide the delegates with an understanding of anger; the physiological response to stress and techniques in de-escalating conflict.
