About the CPD course
Today's manager faces numerous and varied situations in which they need to be able to react to in a quick; appropriate; and confident manner. The need for managers who can perform effectively is an essential requirement in business today. They must be able to demonstrate their management styles and management skills with confidence and conviction and draw on a range of approaches to suit each situation. This session uses a participative training style and is essential training for both established and newly appointed managers. It is designed for those responsible people and will focus on the principles of the management of mental health and stress in the workplace.
