About the CPD course

This online course should give you a broad understanding of commercial law part 1 components such as contract law; the language of contractual remedies; and contract language that includes legal referencing words and understanding clauses. You should be introduced to commercial law part 2 components - the language of business and company law; the language of mergers and acquisitions; and the language of intellectual property. In addition; this course should help you understand the essential non-commercial law elements; such as the language of criminal law; tort law; and litigation. By the end of the course; you should have some knowledge in commercial and non-commercial law elements.
