Refresher Module The module has been developed to fill a definite gap in the market here. Its purpose is to do the following: Provide Northern Ireland employers with an e-learning module developed specifically for organisations here in this jurisdiction. Provide NI employers with training they can point to in the event they are taken to an industrial tribunal regarding a harassment issue in the workplace. Provide employees here with highly interactive training that clearly explains to them the value of diversity in the workplace and the types of conduct likely to be unlawful at work
