About the CPD course
Level Playing Field’s Disability Access Officer (DAO) training looks to upskill staff and volunteers in this position to deliver a greater experience for disabled fans. The training specifically breaks down the key parts of the role, and considers how each particular area contributes to greater overall stadia access and inclusion for disabled fans. The training will highlight the clear expectations of a DAO; how to implement change; legislation and legal obligations and best practice. The training itself is interactive and, where possible, tailored to the group’s typical stadia and challenges.
