About the CPD course

This training workshop is to support line managers to develop an understand of neurodiversity and common neurodifferences; and how they may impact individuals in the workplace. The workshop aims to empower managers by providing an overview of neurodiversity; with specific support regarding supportive communications; developing psychological safety; identifying adjustments and support practices to aid neurodivergent individuals in the workplace. The workshop includes a range of interactive activities and case study examples; with the opportunity to ask questions. The workshop is suitable for 15-20 individuals to attend.
