About the CPD course
This module; for managers; HR and occupational health professionals follows a case study of a manager supporting an employee who is displaying characteristics of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder; commonly known as ADHD. The module raises awareness of these characteristics and identifies strengths and challenges of the individual. It will identify ways in which you can support an employee; harness their strengths and minimise the impact of the challenges they face in the work place. In addition; it will provide practical solutions for employees who are displaying the characteristics and offer guidance on how these can be implemented for your employee.
