About the CPD course
Business Law is designed as an introductory level module. The aims of the module is to enable students to develop skills and competences to be able to understand the general frameworks of law and how they affect businesses. Emphasis is placed on specific legal aspects; basic knowledge and the need for legal advice in certain situations. The module gives consideration to alternative dispute resolution services as a less expensive conflict resolution mechanism.
