About the CPD course
The Organizational Health Behavior Index (OHBI); accredited by the European Organization for Corporate Psychology; signifies an organization's ability to deal with change and sustain high performance while maintaining a strategically aligned work culture and a proud and satisfied workforce. The index is measured based on three fundamental needs: employee needs; organizational needs; and strategic needs. It is branching into seven key elements: awareness; relationships; appreciation; internal communication; commitment; personality; and organizational culture.
