Trainees start with a 3 day classroom-based training; followed by a gap of approx. 4-6 weeks to enable the trainee to apply their knowledge to real business problems; with trainer mentoring support. Final 2 days of training are classroom-based with a final evaluation of the individual's understanding of the skill in the subject matter. We incorporate change management as part of the course; it enhances the delivery of the lean six sigma methodology. The courses are aimed at a Practitioner level.
