Within the NHS, you may have to differ how you communicate with different colleagues based on their individual needs. Delegates will learn different forms of communication styles, in order to allow themselves to communicate to different people in the best possible way. They will adopt several different methods of communication and how they can change or alter this based on case to case basis allowing for them to utilise the best method in a specific situation within the workplace and day to day life. After the course a delegate will have the ability differentiate between different communication methods.
