About the CPD course

A short; virtual workshop delivered on the Zoom Platform; designed to highlight the importance of organisational socialisation and the correct line management approach to team members and colleagues; in creating an environment of control and direction; aligned with respect and inclusivity. The workshop introduces the concepts of Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace by exploring the potential misuse of the authority vested in a manager or supervisor unwittingly or for personal advantage. The overall objective being to raise awareness of developing and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workforce. Sent a new submission form.
