About the CPD course

A 2-hour and 30 minute course that introduces the delegates to the key foundations of mental health and mental health intervention. Every single person has mental health and this training will give the delegate the tools to recognise when their own; or others; mental health decreases and they require intervention and support. Delegates will learn what can impact mental health both positively and negatively; and delve into two common mental health disorders – anxiety and depression. This is a course created for those working in educational settings.
