About the CPD course
The Pillars of Wellness course is a comprehensive 4-week mental wellness programme. The emphasis is on life skills to manage stress and challenges, improving overall well-being at work and home. Using the latest neuroscience and research, delegates are encouraged to reflect on their skills to enhance resilience and build mental toughness. Over 4 weeks (2.5-hour sessions), delegates will learn how the mind works, how emotions are created, personal stress cues and how to effectively manage these; how to effectively create new habits and sustain them; the link between nutrition and mental well-being; and finally; the role of sleep and how to improve it. Each session includes a guided meditation, written course material that accompanies each Pillar for personal growth and Wellness Action Plan.
