About the CPD course
The session will explain the importance of having a “speak-up culture” in the workplace and the potential consequences should people not feel confident in speaking up. Learners will be guided through specific strategies which can be adopted to overcome barriers to speaking up. Through practical examples; learners will gain an understanding of how to identify safeguarding concerns and how to report these. Learners will also gain an understanding of how both reporters and victims are supported as well as the MSI case management process following a safeguarding report. The session is interactive and includes exercises and group discussions.
At MSI Reproductive Choices, we believe that everyone should have the right to decide their own future, on their terms.
Our work spans 37 countries providing reproductive healthcare including contraception, safe abortion and post-abortion care. We open doors. Break down stigma. And go further than anyone else to make choice possible for those who need us.
For some, choice means the ability to complete their education or start a career. For others, it means being able to look after their family. For everyone, choice means the freedom to determine their own future, creating a fairer, more equal world for all.
