About the CPD course
Food businesses are required by law to provide customers with accurate information about the 14 food allergens. It must be stated if they are included in any of the food products produced, sold or served. This education industry course will provide the learner with the knowledge to recognise the 14 allergens, differentiate between an allergen and an intolerance, identify common triggers for anaphylaxis and outline the duties of staff surrounding allergens.
