The evidence surrounding manual handling training has changed drastically over the last decades. Previous training was not only impossible for learners to translate into the real world; but it was also dangerous in that it almost primed people to expect pain if they didnt lift perfectly. Our Manual Handling course is based on the most unto-date evidence. It provides learners with an understanding of the importance of looking after their own health and of risk assessment and reporting; as well as outlining the legal responsibilities of the employer and employee surrounding manual handling.
