About the CPD course

This online asbestos awareness course teaches candidates about asbestos facts and why it is dangerous. The course covers properties of asbestos; where it has been used in buildings; and when it may present a risk. The course aims to help candidates to protect themselves from the risk of exposure to airborne asbestos fibres; and provides information on how to comply with the health and safety rules of the asbestos legislation; and how to deal with asbestos exposure. Upon completion of the course and final assessment; candidates will receive their Asbestos Awareness certificate.
