About the CPD course
In this practical and challenging workshop delegates will be encouraged to test their assumptions about the way work is performed (including supply chain; manufacturing; retailing; park operations and the supply of products and services) and conduct a “root and branch” analysis of their own work stream areas using sophisticated techniques which will pave the way for a highly experiential look at the models of creativity and innovation available to them to shape and change their approaches to work via their teams and departments.
The NCC was setup more than 75 years ago (1939) as the UK trade body representing the collective interests of the tourer, motorhome, caravan holiday home and park home sectors. Whilst the roots of the industry lie in the early half of the nineteenth century it has developed significantly and now makes a more than £6 billion per year contribution to the UK economy, employs in excess of 100,000 people and serves over 1.7 million caravanners and motorhomers.
