About the CPD course
This is a series of modules that will help you learn about hearing devices and assistive technology for deaf children and young people. It will give you a good understanding of how technology can support inclusion and independence. The modules are appropriate for all professionals working with deaf children and young people. This module aims to develop awareness and understanding of the most common hearing devices used by deaf children and young people; what they do; how they work and the benefits they bring to the user. The module takes 30 minutes to complete.
