This course will introduce participants to key clinical leadership concepts and is particularly relevant to all aspiring and emerging clinical and care leaders: as well as those wishing to refresh their knowledge of frontline clinical leadership. The course lays a good foundation for NHS CLN’s emerging and advanced clinical leadership development programmers: and prepares clinical leaders hungry for change: working towards the achievement of the quintuple aim: and the NHS People Promise.
The NHS CLN is a national, professional network for all frontline care leaders and clinical leaders across England. Our aim is to develop our members personally and professionally enabling them to lead and embed change across health & social care as compassionate and inclusive leaders. Our focus is to invest in health and care staff to support their careers and in turn deliver positive outcomes for the wider system.
