The 3-day BBS (Behavioural Based Safety) observers training is aimed at corporates who want to train their non-safety front line professionals into effective BBS observers. Observers are trained in the technique of conducting safety walkabouts and identifying unsafe acts amongst their employees. This program also teaches them to effectively communicate to workers the consequences of unsafe acts and to also provide positive reinforcement for safe acts that they have observed. Overall the program aims to create a robust environment where unsafe acts are identified and corrected and safe acts are commended; thus leading a positive safety culture.
