About the CPD course
This face-to-face course is aimed at clinicians with an interest in learning to use ultrasound for pelvic health assessments. The course is designed to teach probe and image orientation skills required to use ultrasound imaging of the pelvis. There is a high ratio of delegate to ultrasound machines to ensure good opportunity to practice. The sessions are designed to develop anatomical knowledge: muscle identification: and orientation confidence through repetition. The teaching programme is delivered by a combination of interactive lectures and practice exercises to enable delegates to begin incorporating ultrasound imaging into their daily clinical management.
With its three component divisions, Orca Medical works with Public and Private Healthcare Providers to deliver comprehensive ultrasound solutions for clinicians. Orca Medical partners with expert Allied Professionals, Faculties and OEMs to provide integrated innovative technology, accredited training and Events. We recognise the benefits of a forum in which you can have the opportunity to obtain support and guidance as you progress from foundations to expertise in ultrasound.
We focus on the collaborative learning experience to ensure you have a clear and comprehensive pathway to follow. At each stage we ensure you are supported by the most appropriate partner for the skill level and speciality you require.
