About the CPD course
These sessions are designed to increase confidence of professionals working in sports and exercise to understand and respond to public sexual harassment.
Beginning with an in-depth look at the prevalence of sexual harassment and how it contributes to exclusion and inequality in sports and exercise. Examining the link between sexual harassment and a broader culture of gender inequality; including harmful expectations that are placed on men and boys. We explore the typical barriers that learners may face in reporting harassment and how staff can overcome these and create an organisation or team culture that challenges; rather than normalises.

Our Streets Now
Our Streets Now is a nationwide grassroots campaign to end public sexual harassment (PSH) through legislative and cultural change. Founded by two sisters in 2019, the organisation operates as an intersectional, youth-led campaign with survivors at its core. Our Streets Now tackles PSH through three key avenues; lobbying for policy changes, investing in education and awareness, and empowering survivors. They provide CPD-accredited education, training and resources to schools across the UK, to equip them with the knowledge and skills to tackle sexual harassment.
