About the CPD course
This half-day online training session is tailored for non-teaching professionals across the adventure: youth and travel sectors to help them understand their legal and moral responsibilities for helping to protect children. Including coverage of the key statutory documents from DfE: the session will help designated persons understand the key risks to children: how to respond to safeguarding cases and how to work with teaching professionals in the reporting and referral process to external agencies. The course will involve interactive discussions and breakout rooms on Zoom.
Pharos provides 24/7 critical incident containment, helping clients respond swiftly and professionally to major incidents, whatever the situation and wherever it happens. Through telephony resilience, strategic incident management mentoring, crisis PR, trauma counselling, social media and other integrated strategic services, we help reduce the long term effects on your organisation, your people and your customers.
