About the CPD course
This course aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to recognise that customer service is one of the most important aspects of any business. During the course; learners will recognise the need to be customer-focused; build rapport; create positivity in the customer conversation and deal with customer complaints effectively.
Since being established in 1999 Phoenix Motorcycle Training has earned a reputation for quality as well as value for money. We tailor our training to the individual rider, taking into account your existing motorcycle skills. We build on this and arrange sufficient targeted training to get you to test standard in the shortest and most cost effective time possible. During your training you will be taught to handle the machine in all road traffic conditions so you become a good, safe rider.
