The Microsuction Earwax Removal Course is a comprehensive training program designed for nurses; GPs; audiologists; and hearcare assistants. Participants learn about the anatomy of the ear; common ear conditions; earwax types; and the principles of microsuction. Practical sessions provide hands-on training in which to apply theory; with specialised equipment; ensuring proficiency in the procedure. Emphasis is placed on patient safety; infection control; and communication skills.
We are committed to providing a supportive and conducive learning environment for our students. Our courses are headed by Hafiza, a senior audiologist with 20 years of experience in both the National Health Service (NHS) and private sectors. She has also taught audiology in the UK and Nepal, which has given her experience in different working practices in the field.
We offer specialised training in earwax removal, which is available to nurses, general practitioners, audiologists, and hearcare assistants.
