This course is designed to provide a thought provoking and incisive look at the Welsh language. Over six modules: learners follow the history of the language - from its early beginnings to challenges it has faced in the 20th century: as well as measures taken to ensure its survival. The course provides an opportunity to reflect on the importance of the language today and the outlook. There are quizzes at the end of each module and learners can look at certain topics in more detail if they wish. The course is aimed at public and third sector organisationsÂ’ employees.
