Our course is a Live Zoom Training giving an In-depth Introduction to Adult Mental Health in three hours. The Training is dynamically presented live: using visually pleasing PowerPoint slides and embedded videos. Our training enables participants to better understand five main areas of Mental Health: The Continuum Model for Mental Health; The Stress Vulnerability & Coping Model; Various Mental Health Conditions including: Anxiety: Depression: Trauma & PTSD; Overview for Accessing Help; Four aspects of Self-Care: namely: Behavioural: Physical: Social & Psychological. There is time for questions at the end of the Training.
There are times when things are challenging for a whole range of different reasons. Many individuals seem to be functioning normally on the outside, whilst inside they can be falling apart. When this happens, our team is there to listen and provide life-changing guidance, direction and support. Our focus is on addressing the many mild to moderate situations that left unchecked can become much more serious. Although our focus is not centred on acute, recurring or chronic conditions, upon encountering them we will provide the very best referral and advice.
