About the CPD course
The aim of this course is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to plan and conduct Emergo training & simulation exercises. The Emergo Train System (ETS) is a simulation system used for education and training in emergency and disaster management. It is used worldwide and can be used to train; test and evaluate incident command systems; disaster preparedness and the effect on the medical management system and resilience within an organization. ETS is used by Senior instructors in over 30 countries. ETS is a training concept in association with Educator faculties and more than 1400 ETS Senior instructors have been certified.

UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA)
The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) is responsible for planning, preventing and responding to external health threats, and providing intellectual, scientific and operational leadership at national and local level, as well as on the global stage. UKHSA will ensure the nation can respond quickly and at greater scale to deal with pandemics and future threats. As a Category One responder under the Civil Contingencies Act, we provide Emergency Preparedness and Response Training and Exercises for our staff and external stakeholders. Attendance at some of our events are provided to third parties on a commercial basis subject to availability of places.
