About the CPD course
This workshop emphasizes the significance of project-based learning (PBL) in connecting education with real-life applications amidst the rapid changes of the 21st century. It aims to raise participants' awareness of PBL's role in enhancing students' higher order thinking skills; enabling them to address real-world challenges within a knowledge. PBL fosters student engagement; interaction; and effective knowledge application. The workshop positions teachers as educational designers; equipping participants with tools and techniques to manage PBL and create environments that promote creativity; innovation; and critical thinking. It also underscores the importance of community involvement in enriching students' understanding of PBL and real-life problem-solving.
