Evidence-based anti-bias training aimed at teachers, support staff, school leaders and governors in nursery, primary and secondary schools to improve outcomes for Black children. Developed by multi-award winning race equality experts, Rare, this annual training programme will: 1. Raise awareness of disparities of outcome for Black children, 2. Impart concrete knowledge about the history of Black people in the UK and the current experiences of Black students, 3. Give educators practical tips that they can put into practice straight away, and that will have a positive impact on students.
