If so, this course aims to provide toolbox techniques to develop your confidence in handling difficult situations.
The day is split into three key areas:
1) What actually is challenge and conflict, and how does it arise? 2) How do we handle challenging scenarios and what alternatives are available? 3) A workshop session looking at how we handle written and verbal complaints, aimed at developing a variety of suitable and engaging responses to issues we might face within the workplace.
