About the CPD course

The Leading Great Shifts learning activity has been designed to provide knowledge and capability for hospitality shift leaders to run effective shifts. On completion of the learning activity learners will be able to demonstrate the steps that need to be completed before; during and after the shift for the shift to be successful. The activity starts by explaining the importance of effective shift leadership. Following this; a shift leader model is explored in depth with practical steps on how to implement this in a business. To summarise; the activity evaluates the key shift success criteria.
