About the CPD course

During this webinar we will discuss why it is important to be impartial as teachers and using the framework of British values as a guiding set of principals that can help teachers to navigate difficult conversations. We will discuss a number of strategies of how to deal with difficult conversations around key topics such as racism: religion and politics and to manage differing ideas in the classroom. We will also discuss how to avoid the normalisation of certain behaviour traits in the classroom to ensure that our classrooms remain safe spaces for all students.
