About the CPD course

The two-day Positive Team-Building Module will build participants skills align diverse Teams around a common shared goal to achieve a clear objective. Participants will have developed the tools necessary to build an Inclusive; Collaborative and Engaged (ICE) Team. We develop leaders who are role models for a conscious; positive way of life as they work diligently to manage the complexity of overcoming the inherent barriers. A Positive Leader strives to build a Team culture based on empathy; compassion; inclusiveness and diversity. They work with the strengths of all; letting every voice be heard; and using the collective knowledge and experiences to generate a shared alignment towards the achievement of a shared purpose.
