“I know how to press the buttons – but I don’t really know what my results means or how Social Network Analysis (SNA) could be useful to me.” On this course you will learn techniques that help identify key Entities of interest in large charts when visualisation alone is not enough. You will be able to understand the idea behind each SNA measure which will help you decide how to apply SNA to your datasets. Finally: you will learn how and why the structure of a chart matters when it comes to accurate and effective analysis using SNA.
