About the CPD course
This module is designed to develop the behaviours and skills confidently to interact with clients; with the aim of developing and expanding relationships. These opportunities can be derived from new or existing clients as well as internal and external relationships. The sessions are intended to be highly interactive and employ a variety of methods to improve individual performance.
