An interactive; full day Introduction to Mental Health training session. Learners will be aware of the signs and symptoms of common mental health conditions and the factors that can impact a person's mental health both positively and negatively. They will know where to seek support for their own; their colleagues' or service users' mental health. TRIGGER WARNING: discussions; examples and details of abuse; death; suicide and self-harm.
