About the CPD course

Participants will gain a strong working knowledge of project management and will be able to immediately apply that knowledge to effectively manage projects: motivate and lead people: and implement effective project management processes. Participants will develop the practical skills needed for successfully planning: managing and delivering projects. This a blended training programme to include eLearning modules: coaching sessions and a practical workshop and is suitable for those who are leading or co-leading projects of any size and scope. Qualified project managers could still benefit from the training and would be welcome to attend the training.
