About the CPD course

A one-day scenario-based training course to introduce the structure behind the Command and Control of an emergency/major incident response. The course introduces the Joint Emergency Services Interoperability Principles (JESIP) and the Joint Decision Model (JDM); in order to make and record defensible decisions. Aimed at individuals who maybe required to undertake a command role; whether this be at Strategic (Gold); Tactical (Silver) or Operational (Bronze) level. Thereby; raising awareness and introducing the different aspects of the command structure (including multi agency working).
