About the CPD course

As LGBTQ+ leaders; we know the impact our identity has on our leadership. We also often feel a drive to create more inclusive workplaces. Taking place 13-15 November 2024; at Ansty Hall; this programme provides you with a space to nurture your leadership development. It also creates opportunities to consider your power to transform the workplace around you. Developed by and for LGBTQ+ leaders; the programme balances expertise and peer learning to support you and 39 other leaders from different organisations to develop together. You’ll also build a supportive network to continue to collaborate and share opportunities.
