About the CPD course
People bereaved by suicide during the COVID-19 pandemic often suffer multiple significant losses. It is important to recognise this and offer pro-active support. However; our options to support those bereaved by suicide is often limited by the challenges the virus poses. This module combines international lessons learned in suicide postvention and provides insights/possible solutions to the challenges faced. Participants will learn about the impact the current situation has on suicide loss; but also on the professionals working with those bereaved by suicide in these challenging times.
