About the CPD course

The Communication when in Crisis module is suitable for anyone who comes into contact with; meets or encounters persons indicating suicide or in crisis. For experienced practitioners this module offers an opportunity to refresh linguistic practice and tactics while for those new to these conversations; it offers an opportunity to obtain basic skills around the use of language and non verbal cues if faced with anyone in crisis who is indicating suicide. This can be in any environment.
