This course has been developed with the aim of supporting staff who work with service users and who need the skills in order to help with difficult situations in the workplace. It provides the training that staff need so that they can develop in their role and become proficient at what they do. We also include a section to show staff the importance of looking after themselves; so as to avoid compassion fatigue and burnout. Covering: Professional boundaries; Managing difficult conversations; Assertiveness. This course will be delivered using the Training for Influence method.
