This one-day course offers essential knowledge and practical strategies for implementing therapeutic principles in educational settings. Participants will explore neurodiversity; attachment theory; and the use of relationships to foster recovery and growth. The course emphasizes creating a safe and stable learning environment through consistent strategies; interpreting behaviour as communication; and demonstrating unconditional positive regard. Educational practitioners will learn to support emotional regulation; enhance emotional literacy; and utilize inclusive; strengths-based teaching approaches. The course covers promoting leadership and life skills in students; equipping them for long-term success.
